As an occupational therapist, Michelle Payne has been helping others set and achieve goals for over 20 years. Since 2019, she has dived into the personal development world, becoming a Proctor and Gallagher consultant teaching a 12-week course, Thinking into Results (founded by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher). Also, she co-created and participated in leading the 12 Secrets Purpose-Driven Empowerment Course in 2021.

Michelle understands the relationship between mindset and physical fitness. She finds true enjoyment in challenging herself and others to perform at optimal levels and achieve their personal best, both physically and mentally.

Along with her personal development coaching, she continues to teach fitness to classes and individuals. She has earned certificates as a Silver Sneakers instructor (Tivity), Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, and Group Instructor (American Council on Exercise).

Michelle is a longtime resident of Bay Village, Ohio. She and her husband have three children, three cats, and a dog. She enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking and kayaking. And Michelle loves traveling in the US and abroad. In addition, you can find her taking long walks to the beach and enjoying the warm weather.
